Ordered 2 framed prints by same artist - one from RedBubble - the other from Society6. The item from Society 6 shipped with FedEx Ground and arrived 3 days after order placed. The one from RedBubble with USPS reached my local post office and then was sent to post offices in 2 other distant cities. Still not received 12 days later (same shipping costs to customer). I presume they ship with USPS because it saves them money. No reply yet from RedBubble customer service about this. Will stick to Society 6 in future I guess

Received a large format framed poster in the mail, and it turns out it was printed from an incredibly low quality image. See photo. Stay away, no quality control. This wasn't even close to acceptable. Order number was 39315046 - am battling with their bureaucracy for a refund - which is also no easy task.

I have had a few orders with Redbubble and the response time and turn around has always been very quick. Packages are always well wrapped. I will use them more in the future.

The selection here is amazing! If you can think of an image or subject they probably have it or something close and they can put it on most anything for you! Who knew you can get a Vincent Price shower curtain or socks?! Have fun scrolling through their site! You'll find all kinds of stuff you never knew you needed! Have fun!

Have ordered from this site before and have just ordered various T-shirt’s again …can’t recommend them highly enough ..you won’t be disappointed …when my T-shirt’s arrived for my husband he needed a bigger size …but did a live chat with Olga who had it all fixed and bigger sizes in the post …all within 10 minutes …she was so helpful and so polite ..A+++++ well done all at Redbubble …and also to the lovely Olga..great quality and quirky T-shirt’s

Redbubble gives excellent service. I love the fact that you are buying designs from independent artists that are original and upbeat. I can heartily recommend Redbubble to all buyers.

Still Waiting for an item ordered on 30th March due to be delivered by 9 - 13th April. Tracking says that they have received confirmation of the order, and has said this since 1st April. Finding it exceptionally difficult to get in touch with anyone to discuss or to find out what is happening with the order. Such a shame as this was to be a birthday gift for my 7 year old niece.

Received faulty cushion cover, e mailed photo etc as requested, 3 separate people ignoring the supplied info and requesting exactly the same.Reported to PayPal.Worst customer service, avoid!Generous resolution to drawn out complaint,

Received the packages on time but after only 3 times through the wash one of the sweatshirts already has the print almost gone. Pretty expensive sweater to only wear 3 times...

I did a review of Redbubble and they are trying to have the review removed. 4 of my family members got together and purchased some items for a young lady who was going through a lot emotionally. I had the paypal and paid for the items - that 4 months later the young lady never received. My aunt wrote the review on Trustpilot. I have proof of this purchase. Redbbble is a scam and our family is really upset because we were just trying to boost a young lady's spirits with the purchases. Shameful.

I orderd two hoodies two weeks ago, they took the 100 euro's from my bank but I didn't recieve a facture on my mail. I tried to track and trace my hoodies but the site said the order doesnt excist. I can tell you I'm pretty angry! Still waiting in Holland for my order. I hope Redbubble will contact me and inform me about my order. Otherwise I want my money back! I can't fill in a order number because I didnt recieve a facture. If you contact me I can show you that you took my money. The money went to DE88 5007 0010 0175 5263 03 the name was, PayPal (europe) S.a.r.l et Cie., S.C.A. and the ID is LU96ZZZ0000000000000000058 at 12 January.

I've been ordering from Redbubble for years. Last year I purchased two phone cases which ended up being poor quality. I asked to send them back for a refund and was given two vouchers instead. Alright, that's fine. I tried to use one for a Christmas present and it didn't work, emailed redbubble and they told me they changed the voucher code format so my voucher wasn't valid. They issued a replacement which I was able to use with no issues. Here's the problem:
I had a second voucher on a different email address. I was under the impression that both of the original vouchers were invalid due to the voucher format change. My whole family became sick with covid-19 from mid December through the first week on January, so finding the second voucher and asking for a replacement was forgotten. When I found the voucher on my old email account, it was several days past the original voucher expiration. I didn't think this would matter since it was invalid before that anyway, right? I messaged customer service to politely ask for a replacement. First, they marked my issue as resolved without giving a response. I messaged them again, and received a copy/paste email telling me I could join their email list for savings codes. I replied again - still politely asking for help, and now I'm being completely ignored.
Redbubble, since you won't allow me to use the voucher code I was given, please do me a favor and refund my money that I spent for the phone case. I still have it sitting in a drawer and am happy to send it back. I really don't understand how you can treat loyal customers so poorly.
Edited to add: my request was escalated and I received an email providing help with my voucher code last night at 12:16am EST, 9:16pm PST, about 20 minutes after this review was published.

I ordered a poster from redbubble with this super cute design. However, the quality was average, there were lines outside of the circle, there were letters with thinner strokes due to the font's inconsistencies it was very pixely up close.
